These terms apply when you use this website or order from Spice Nepalaya online. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Pickup only

Orders on this website are for pickup at 1186 Frances St, London, ON N5W 2M1. We don't deliver. When you pick up your order, show the pickup code from your order page at the counter. Please collect your order the same day, during our opening hours.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Canadian dollars. Any online discount and the HST are shown at checkout before you pay.
• You can pay at the counter when you pick up, or pay online by card. Card payments are processed by Clover.
• We may change our prices, menu and discounts at any time. Changes don't affect orders you have already placed.

Your order

Your order is confirmed once you see the order page with your pickup code. We may cancel an order if an item has run out, if we're closing unexpectedly, or if the order looks fraudulent. If you've paid online, you'll get a full refund.

Cancellations and refunds

• If you chose to pay at the counter, you can cancel from your order page until we start preparing your order.
• Prepaid orders can't be cancelled online. Call us right away at (519)-204-9440. If we haven't started cooking, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.
• If something is wrong with your order, let us know while you're at the counter or call us the same day, and we'll make it right.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with. They usually take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
• We can't refund prepaid orders that aren't picked up.

Allergies

Our kitchen handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten and sesame. We can't guarantee any dish is free from them. If you have an allergy, please call us before you order.

Your account

You sign in with Google, and you're responsible for orders placed from your account. Please give us a real name and phone number so we can reach you about your order. We may suspend accounts that are used for abuse or fraud.

Liability

We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free. As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Ontario consumer protection law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one posted here when you place your order. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada.
